Venue Hire....

The Esholt Sports and Leisure Club room is open to be hired for your next special occassion or event. All hirers are required to become members of the Esholt Sports & Leisure Club, therefore your hirage includes your membership fee. The cost to hire the room is �25, plus an extra �10 if you also wish to use the kitchen.

Our Venue Features:

	Private Function Room for up to 100 people
	Dance Floor (if required)
	Well stocked bar
	In house caterer - if required see our catering page on this site

Terms of Hire:

	A �25 deposit + Hireage fees is payable on booking
	Self-catering is permitted but outside caterers are not to be used
	When self-catering all food must be cleared and removed and kitchen cleaned before closing time.
	The club can be opened by arrangement for decoration or the bringing in of food or entertainment prior to the event then re-opened at 7.00pm for the commencement of your event.
	All music must finish at 12.15am ready for closing at 12.30am prompt. All equipment is to be removed before closing time.
	No person under the age of 18 will be served alcohol.
	All damages must be paid for.
